Return & Refund Policy — The Silver Dasher Store

Thank you for supporting The Silver Dasher and shopping with The Silver Dasher Store! Every product in our shop is created using Printful, a print-on-demand service that produces your item only after you place your order. Because each item is custom-made, our return and refund rules differ from traditional retail stores.


1. No Returns for Wrong Size, Color Choice, or Change of Mind

Since all items are custom printed when you order, The Silver Dasher Store does not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Choosing the wrong color
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Please check all size charts and product details before placing your order.


2. Misprints, Defects, or Damaged Items (We Replace These!)

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will replace it at no cost.

Because our products are fulfilled by Printful, all issues must include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photos showing the defect or issue

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

(This lets us open a replacement request with Printful.)

Printful will reprint and ship your replacement once the issue is confirmed.


3. Incorrect Orders or Missing Items

If Printful fulfills your order incorrectly — such as:

  • Wrong product
  • Wrong size (different from what you ordered)
  • Missing items

—we will correct it immediately.

Contact us within 30 days with your order details and photos so we can get a replacement sent.


4. Do Not Return Items to Printful or The Silver Dasher Store Without Approval

Unapproved returns will not be accepted by Printful and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Please contact us before attempting any return.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package:

  1. Verify the shipping address used at checkout
  2. Check with neighbors or household members
  3. Contact your local post office

If you still can’t locate the package, email us and we will assist you.
(Please note: Printful does not cover stolen packages, but we may offer a discount or help arrange a replacement depending on the situation.)


6. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this time, Printful has already begun production and changes or cancellations are no longer possible.


7. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only when:

  • A replacement for a defective/misprinted item is not possible
  • There is a Printful production error preventing the order from being fulfilled
  • A duplicate charge or payment processing error occurred

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
