Shipping Policy — The Silver Dasher Store

Thank you for supporting The Silver Dasher Store! Every item in our shop is made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful, our print-on-demand production partner. This policy explains how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
All products are printed and fulfilled by Printful after you place your order.
Typical processing times:
- 2–7 business days for most apparel
- 2–5 business days for accessories and smaller items
- Processing may be longer during holidays or peak seasons
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery time after fulfillment:
- USA: 3–6 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days (varies by region)
Please note:
These are estimates provided by Printful and shipping carriers. Delays beyond our control (weather, customs, logistics issues) may occur.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- Your location
- Product type
- Quantity of items
Printful uses real-time carrier rates to provide accurate pricing.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
If your tracking shows no movement after several days, feel free to contact us and we will help investigate with Printful.
5. Multiple Shipments
Because items are printed at different Printful facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages.
You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
You will not be charged extra—this is handled automatically through Printful.
6. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
If you entered an incorrect address:
- Contact us immediately at westengroup@protonmail.com
- If your order has not gone into production, we can update the address
- If it has already shipped, we cannot guarantee interception or redelivery
Printful charges for re-shipping items returned due to incorrect addresses.
7. Customs, Duties & International Fees
International orders may incur customs fees, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees, depending on your country’s policies.
These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Contact your local post office
- Confirm the address entered at checkout
If the package is still missing, contact us.
Please note: Printful does not cover stolen packages, but depending on the case, we may be able to offer a discount or replacement.
9. Items Returned to Sender
If a package is returned to Printful due to:
- Incorrect address
- Unclaimed package
- Delivery refusal
Printful will charge additional shipping costs to resend the item.
10. Production & Shipping Delays
While rare, delays can occur due to:
- High seasonal volume
- Carrier issues (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)
- Global supply-chain conditions
- Holidays and weather events
